Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of Aviation Souk, operated by Go Owl Digital Ltd (UK Co. 17057072). Effective 24 April 2026. Last updated: 24 April 2026.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” — aviationsouk.com and all associated sub-domains, features, and APIs.
  • “Aviation Souk”, “we”, “us” — Go Owl Digital Ltd, the Platform operator.
  • “Supplier” — any company whose public profile is indexed on the Platform, whether claimed or unclaimed.
  • “Buyer” — any user submitting a query, RFQ, or purchase intent through the Platform.
  • “Subscription Tier” — Verified, Featured, or Platform Partner, as described at /for-suppliers/ and /platform-partner/.

2. Your account

You may create a profile or claim a Supplier listing by submitting accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You must be legally authorised to represent the organisation whose listing you claim.

3. Subscription tiers and deliverables

Each tier delivers the specific features listed on /for-suppliers/ and /platform-partner/ at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to add features but will not materially reduce committed deliverables during an active subscription period.

Verified · £99/year (or £249 for 3 years)
Aviation Souk builds a done-for-you bilingual microsite (EN + AR) for the Supplier, trains the AI on up to 10 declared buyer queries the Supplier wants to surface for, publishes up to 6 product records with photos, specs, certifications and lead times, routes inbound bilingual RFQs to a named Supplier inbox, and provides a quarterly performance report (queries that surfaced the Supplier, rank, and competitor placements).
Featured · £1,499/year (or £3,599 for 3 years)
All Verified deliverables, plus a guaranteed top-2 placement on the Supplier’s declared sub-specialty queries, capped at maximum 2 Featured suppliers per sub-specialty. Cross-category brief exposure: Featured suppliers surface across multi-category buyer briefs whose decomposition includes the Supplier’s declared specialties. Subject to a citation-rate target of 80% of declared sub-specialty queries, measured monthly; a credited month is issued where the target is missed.
Platform Partner · sealed bid
Single-slot, site-wide Partner status. Locks the entire category for one supplier and includes optional custom AI engine embed on the Supplier’s own site and founder strategy reviews. Terms as published at /platform-partner/; agreed in a separate written addendum to these Terms. Never automatically resold.

4. What we do NOT warrant

The Platform is an AI-assisted procurement-discovery tool. We expressly do not warrant:

  • that any specific AI answer will rank a Supplier in any particular position, beyond the contractual weightings described above;
  • that any Supplier listed on the Platform is suitable for any particular contract, meets any particular regulatory standard, or will perform to any particular service level — all procurement decisions remain the Buyer’s sole responsibility;
  • that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% available;
  • that AI-generated content is free of error — Buyers must verify specifications, certifications, and installed-base claims directly with the Supplier before placing any order.

5. Payment & refunds

Subscription fees are payable annually in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment is by card, bank transfer, or — where the Platform Partner holder provides the rail — a regulated crypto-asset settlement route.

14-day cooling-off: for new first-time Verified or Featured subscriptions, you may cancel within 14 days of first payment for a full refund, provided you have not used any platform-exclusive feature (e.g. edited your profile, received a routed RFQ, or been cited by the AI in an answer).

Platform Partner subscriptions are non-refundable once the scarcity allocation (category slot or site-wide Partner slot) is taken. This is a feature, not a bug — the value derives from the scarce allocation being removed from future sale.

Renewals occur automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Data ownership

Suppliers retain full ownership of the content they upload (logos, images, descriptions, specifications). By uploading, the Supplier grants Aviation Souk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, translate, and use that content within the Platform — including in AI-generated answers that reference the Supplier.

Aviation Souk retains full ownership of the Platform, its AI systems, the Aviation Souk dataset schema, and all compiled research. Supplier-uploaded content remains the Supplier’s property and can be deleted on subscription termination.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing hello@aviationsouk.com. On cancellation, Supplier-uploaded content is removed within 30 days and the public profile reverts to the auto-compiled unclaimed state.

Aviation Souk may terminate an account immediately if the user (a) breaches these Terms materially, (b) provides false or misleading information, (c) misuses the Platform (scraping, unauthorised API access), or (d) is subject to a credible regulatory sanction. Pre-paid fees are refunded pro-rata in termination scenarios (a) through (d) only if the breach was inadvertent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviation Souk’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is capped at the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Aviation Souk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses (including lost profits, lost contracts, or reputational damage).

This clause does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes by direct negotiation before any formal step.

For disputes not resolved within 30 days, the parties agree to binding arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules (one arbitrator, seat Dubai International Financial Centre, language English). This arbitration clause applies where permitted by the user’s home jurisdiction; where not permitted, the exclusive jurisdiction is the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes (those affecting deliverables, payment, data handling, or dispute resolution) will be notified by email to active subscribers at least 30 days before effect. Non-material changes take effect on posting.
