Mercury GSE is a US-based ground support equipment rental, leasing, sales, and support company founded in 1948 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) by former members of the Flying Tigers aviation group. The company began as an aircraft refueling and ground handling servicer and established a dedicated GSE division in 1977. Mercury GSE operates state-of-the-art maintenance and production facilities at LAX (35,000 sq ft, opened 2019) and near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (opened 2021), with a further East Coast facility planned for Nashville or North Carolina. In 2023, the company rebranded and expanded its maintenance facility at Southern California Logistics Airport. Mercury GSE offers cargo loaders, pushback tractors, ground power units, air conditioners, and MRO services for airlines, cargo and logistics operators, ground handlers, and FBOs across the US and Canada.
