Why am I already listed without my permission?+
Public profiles are compiled from publicly available sources — your own materials, airport disclosures, public press releases. We never invent claims. Every profile carries an Unclaimed badge and an editorial-corrections link. Claiming gives you full control.
Why £99 — that seems low for a B2B platform?+
Verified is intentionally below procurement-approval thresholds — it's a personal-card or expense-account purchase, not a procurement-process item. The Featured tier (£1,499/yr) is where the cross-category brief exposure value sits. Verified is the entry point that lets you claim and customise; Featured is where the recurring revenue argument is.
What's the difference between Verified and Featured?+
Verified gives you control of your editorial profile and a rank-priority bump within your direct category. Featured adds cross-category brief exposure — your products surface in adjacent categories of multi-category buyer briefs. If a buyer briefs out a Concourse refit (seating + carpet + signage + lighting), a Featured seating supplier surfaces in the lighting category too. That cross-category visibility is the £1,499/yr value-add.
Can you guarantee an RFQ?+
No, but Featured carries a citation-rate SLA: if your declared sub-specialty queries fail to surface you in top-3 ≥80% of the time across a quarter, you get a credited month.
What if I'm a multi-category supplier?+
Each category you want to be Verified in is a separate Verified placement. Featured covers your primary category and surfaces you in adjacent-category briefs automatically — one Featured purchase covers the cross-category visibility.
What does 'Featured' look like to buyers?+
Featured placements are clearly badged in Souk's rationale and on the rank card. We never show paid placements as if they were organic — Souk's promise to buyers (honest drawbacks, real shortlists) is what makes the platform worth using to them in the first place.
Do you sell our data?+
No. RFQs route only to the supplier the buyer chose. Buyer query data is used internally to improve Souk's matching — never shared with suppliers as raw queries. Aggregate trends (your category had X queries last month) may be surfaced; specific buyer queries never are.
