What is the MEBAA Show?

The Middle East & North Africa Business Aviation Association (MEBAA) Show is the region's flagship event for private, VVIP, and charter aviation — distinct from Dubai Airshow's airline and defence focus. It combines a static aircraft ramp, luxury interiors showcase, and B2B meetings for operators, brokers, FBOs, MROs, and OEMs.

Held at the Dubai Airshow site at DWC, the show is the annual deal-making venue for Royal Flights, charter operators, and UHNW aviation services across the GCC.

2026 edition — expanded format

MEBAA 2026 features an expanded exhibition hall, the largest static aircraft display to date, and an elevated Luxury Boulevard. New zones include Luxury Travel and a Wellness area alongside returning features: BizAv Talks, Operators Lounge, AAM Pavilion, MEBAA Connect matchmaking, and the Runway Party.

Prior edition deal flow included Royal Jet–Airbus Corporate Jets MOUs, IC Leasing Falcon orders, and Honeywell–Sino Jet collaboration agreements — signalling real economic activity, not display-only marketing.

  • BizAv Talks — 60+ CXO speakers
  • AI-powered matchmaking app and operators' meetings programme
  • Luxury Boulevard — interiors, completions, and lifestyle
  • AAM Pavilion — advanced air mobility entrants
  • Static display — 30+ aircraft

Who attends

Visitors span 100+ countries: business jet operators, charter brokers, FBOs, completion centres, MROs, OEMs (Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, and others), and government flight departments. 92% exhibitor return rate indicates sustained buyer quality.

For Aviation Souk, the audience maps to cabin equipment, MRO, FBO ground services, and specialised security — not widebody airport BHS.

GCC business aviation procurement at MEBAA

Gulf government flight departments and charter operators consolidate fleet, completion, and MRO decisions around MEBAA — schedule meetings via the matchmaking app before static display walk-throughs.

Completion and cabin suppliers should bring Gulf climate and customs-cleared install references; MRO vendors should highlight line-station coverage across UAE, Saudi, and Bahrain.

  • Book Operators Lounge and matchmaking slots early — December competes with year-end travel
  • Use static display to compare cabin layouts before completion RFQs
  • Track AAM pavilion entrants for regulatory positioning in UAE and Saudi
  • Cross-check exhibitors on Aviation Souk for MRO and cabin categories
