MATEC is a Colombia-based intralogistics company with over 40 years of experience that designs, manufactures and integrates airport Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), alongside cardboard-industry and general logistics handling solutions. Its airport line spans the full baggage chain — check-in and departure conveyors, high-speed sorters and diverters, automatic tag readers, security/CBRA inspection, reclaim carousels and the MATBag management software — built to TSA and ECAC standards. The company has delivered BHS projects across Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Honduras and El Salvador), including the international airports of Cali, Pereira (Matecaña), Mérida, Villahermosa, Tapachula, Tulum, Palmerola and San Salvador.
