ECHO (echorf.eu), based in Bucharest, Romania, designs and manufactures a dual-use GNSS monitoring and RF interference-detection solution that protects the integrity of positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) systems. The system combines outdoor hardware monitoring stations, a monitoring center (local-server or cloud), and a web-based user application, with algorithms built to ICAO SARPs and EUROCAE MOPS requirements to support Performance-Based Navigation (PBN) operations at airports. It detects, characterises and direction-finds jamming and spoofing across all GNSS bands and constellations and is deployed as a pilot network across 7 major Romanian airports (operational since July 2022) plus Graz airport. The same platform serves defence (orbital tracking + spectrum monitoring) and maritime (GNSS/RTK) applications.
