EDGE Group was created in 2019 to consolidate 25 Emirati defence entities — including ADASI (UAVs), Halcon (guided weapons), Nimr (vehicles) and BEACON RED (cyber) — into a single state-owned champion. Its UAV arm ADASI produces the REACH-S, QX-series and Yabhon family, while Halcon contributes the SkyKnight counter-drone interceptor.
